Elmer Schwieder (1925–2005) was emeritus professor of sociology at °ÄÖÞÐÒÔË10¿ª½± State University. With Dorothy Schwieder he wrote Buxton: A Black Utopia in the Heartland (°ÄÖÞÐÒÔË10¿ª½±, 2003).
